Research On Online Collective Emotional Effect Model Of Information Security Emergencies

With the development of science and technology,Information technology not only facilitates people's production and life,but also brings more information security problems.A large number of information security emergencies,such as information leakage events,harmful program events and network disk closure events,have caused widespread discussion on the Internet.After the outbreak of information security emergencies,people usually use social media such as Weibo to express their opinions and the emotions,which lead to the formation of large-scale online public opinion of information security emergencies.Depending on the information dissemination structure of the social network,emotions will affect people's collective participation behavior in the network public opinion of information security emergencies,and ultimately promote the generation of online collective emotion.In addition,because information security is closely related to people's production and life,online public opinion on information security emergencies will also affect the information security behavior of netizens.However,most studies only focus on the formation mechanism of online collective behavior,and few studies discuss the formation mechanism of network cluster sentiment in information security emergencies.In addition,the relationship between online collective emotion and collective behavior in the context of information security emergencies also needs to be further analyzed,it can be able to understand the characteristic of online collective emotion and collective behavior in information security emergencies for convenience.Based on the above questions,in the context of information security emergencies,this article crawls Weibo data through web crawlers,and based on the analysis of user comment information in information security emergencies,we get emotion classification and emotion Score.And then we use social network analysis and text sentiment analysis to identify sentiment leader online collective.Based on the sentiment communication layered network,an inter-group sentiment model for online collective is established to explore the formation mechanism and inter-group spread process of information security emergencies online collective emotion.In addition,after adding the time dimension to the sentiment score,this paper establishes a time series of information security emergencies' online collective emotion,and takes the time series of the number of daily active users of security software as the time series of online collective behavior.Guided by the collective action theory,the integrated empirical mode decomposition method is used to construct an integrated empirical mode decomposition model of information security emergency online collective time series,and the impact of online collective emotion on collective behavior at different time scales is analyzed with the VAR model.The research results show that the information security emergencies online collective emotion is led by the emotional leaders that present in the netizen group,and with the layered spread of information security emergencies' online public opinion,the intensity of online collective emotion weakens layer by layer,the complexity of online collective emotion increases first and then decreases,and the scale of online collective emotion expands layer by layer.In addition,after considering time series in online collective emotion,it is found that it can promote the formation of collective behaviors on the short-term scale,and on the midterm,the lag phase 1 of online collective emotion promotes the formation of collective behavior more than the lag phase 2 of online collective emotion.On the long-term,the effect of the lag phase 2 of online collective emotion promotes the formation of collective behavior more than the lag phase 1 of online collective emotion.This study theoretically enriches the related research on online collective emotion and online collective behavior in emergencies,and in practice,it can also help emergency management departments to reasonably guide netizen group emotions and master the netizens' cluster behavior laws.
