As the key technology of modern sensor systems,multi-sensors information fusion and target tracking technology have been widely used in military and civilian fields,Such as aerospace,strategic warning,positioning and aerospace monitoring,and public security.With the development of high-speed real-time information processing and multi-target tracking technology,more world's influential countries are paying great attention to the development of strategic warning and striking systems for defensive operations.This paper takes aerospace striking combat systems as research objects,mainly research on target tracking and assignment techniques in multi-target interception.The second chapter studies the overall information processing framework of multi-target striking system.In the situation of "many-to-many" incoming target interception,analyzing the multi-establish system strike collaborative mode and combat task.According to the system requirements(cost,security,maintainability,etc.)and the external environment(natural environment and artificial compete environment),in the base of "wolves" combat plan,establishing a multi-target strike "master-slave hybrid" information processing system framework.And propose and analyze three key technologies to be solved under the system structure.The third chapter studies multi-platform to multi-objective information registration and association technology.Based on the analysis of multi-platform spatial information registration and the target association technology between sensors,a target association method based on Bias Mapping Cluster(BMC)is proposed.The simulation results show that compared with the method based on the associated cost matrix,the proposed method can effectively utilize the spatial topological characteristics of the target observation,achieve a higher correlation accuracy,and it has robust performance on false targets and target mismatches.The fourth chapter studies the multi-target tracking technology based on RFS(Random Finite Set).In the 2D image plane tracking,respectively implement the PHD,MeMBer and LMB filter algorithms of multi-target tracking,and evaluate the algorithm performance on tracking trajectory,OSPA distance and running time.Farther,implement the LMB filtering research of multi-target spatial position in 3D scene,the simulation results show that the multi-target state estimation based on RFS has a good application value to the actual multi-target striking scene.The fifth chapter studies the multi-objective assignment optimization technology.Aiming at the multi-platform and multi-objective assignment problem,establish a second-level target assignment mechanism for dynamic decision,to implement the initial pre-assignment under the field of view and the strike-redistribution strategy basedon situation assessment.In the redistribution strategy,a assignment optimization method based on Cell win suppression(CWS)is proposed.Establishing the scenario of the strike platform against multi-target,to test the performance of proposed method and compare with other mathematical optimization methods such as Hungarian and genetic algorithms.The simulation results show that the algorithm has more advantages in calculation efficiency and the strike effectiveness of key targets.
