In today’s world, wireless communication technology has been very popular, with increasingly wide communication network coverage area. The rapid development of wireless communication technology has brought great convenience to our lives. The communication network structure is more complex, accompanied by communication network equipment used is also more complex. Therefore, how to effectively manage network seems to be important. Line patency is one of the important indicators to measure the performance of communication networks. In some cases, such as encountered new start switch upgrade, routine inspection and failure alarm, dial test requires a network operations center staff measured manually dial call to test the line. But artificial Call Testing takes time and huge manpower, and data integrity can not be guaranteed. In this paper, after analysis of automatic telephone dialing test and the actual needs of the business processes we design the automatically dial measurement system on the basis of the existing dial measuring principle, combined with computer technology.First of all, this paper discusses the background of telephone dial test project in the construction of communication network performance management system and its development. On the basis of the problems faced we carry out the requirements capture, analysis of the functional requirements of the system and non-functional demand, and describes each module of the system in detail by use case diagram and flowchart form.On the basis of the requirements analysis, we carry out the system architecture design of the automatic telephone dialing test. First, according to the requirements of the system we propose objectives and principles of system design. Then we design the physical architecture, software architecture and functional architecture of the system. The physical architecture of the system describes the intuitive system. The software architecture of the system is mainly used in the design of software technologies including Web service technology and Android technology. In the functional architecture design, we discuss the function of each module of the system. Next we carry out the detailed design. In the system modeling, we describe the overall process of automatic telephone dialing test, and then give the overall structure of the system. Understand the overall structure, according to the detailed design of the various modules in the demand analysis, we mainly develop the detailed design of the task formulated module and task download module, task execution module, results processing and analysis modules, data storage and the results show module.Realization of the various modules on the basis of the detailed design, introduction and part of the code shows, the overall effect diagram and parts of the realization of the various. For the detailed design of the part, we show a partial implementation code of tasks download module, and also show the main interface and task formulated interface. According to the analysis of the system requirements in Android-based mobile terminals to achieve the implementation of dial test list, automatic call, hang up regularly, and file handling. The results analysis module uses C#audio file analysis to show the audio results interface as well as display Excel interface. Finally, we carry out a simple test of the system.Finally, we briefly described the telephone automatically dial system and give the further improved suggestions of the application.In summary, based on our analysis of business requirements, we carry out the design and implementation of automatic telephone dialing test technology.
