With the rapid development of computer technology and network communication technology,sound and images have already achieved networked transmission and terminal reproduction,coupled with the development and application of virtual reality technology in recent years,people's hearing and vision have been obtained in time and space great expansion.However,the sense of smell,another important sensory interaction between humans and the outside world,has not yet broken through the boundaries.Nowadays,people's material and spiritual needs are constantly improving,and olfaction and sensory satisfaction are one of them.Therefore,this article has carried out research on odor reproduction,odor reproduction technology has broad application prospects in many fields such as smart home,e-commerce,multimedia technology,medical diagnosis and so on.The odor reproduction refers to the process of dynamically mixing odor raw materials through the odor reproduction device to generate the target odor and release it.Based on the existing research foundation and achievements,this paper studies the method and device of odor reproduction according to the route process of "odor characterization information ? odor reproduction formula ? odor reproduction control".With this route,the relevant work and results of this article are listed as follows:(1)Combining the fragrance theory and starting from the odor characterization information,the odor character type,odor fractal dimension,odor retention value and odor intensity ratio value are summarized as odor characterization information.Odor characterization information is a standardized and digital information description of odor characterization.The determination of odor characterization information is the basis for the generation of odor reproduction formula.(2)Based on odor characterization information,this article uses traditional perfume formulations and fragrance data as research data objects.According to the traditional perfume formulation process,combined with the characteristics of the odor reproduction formula,the spices are divided into "theme fragrance spices","auxiliary fragrance spices" and "fixed fragrance spices".Taking the odor fractal dimension of the flavoring formula as the target reference to guide the calculation of the odor reproduction formula,this article carried out the selection and dosage calculation of the perfume composition of the 10 target odor samples.The generation of the odor reproduction formula is the key to the dynamic mixing of the odor reproduction device to mix the target odor.(3)Based on the odor reproduction formula,this article uses the Arty Z7-7020 model development board designed by Digilent as the main control board,and the periphery uses microporous atomization tablets as the odor generator.A set of 16 odor generation is designed,including the odor reproduction device of the channel and odor mixing air chamber.The design of the odor reproduction device includes the design of the external machine structure,the device hardware and software design,and the device control application software design.The odor reproduction device is an effective practice verification of the reproduction theory method.(4)Finally,an electronic nose is used to objectively judge the performance of the odor reproduction device,and the reproduction method is verified by artificial sniffing.The results show that the odor reproduction device designed in this paper can effectively mix the odors.The reproduction method used in this paper can reproduce the target odor with a certain degree of similarity.
