At present,the integrated circuit industry is developing rapidly,undergoing rapid replacement,and is always facing the risk of production suspension.At the same time,under the framework of the Wassenaar Agreement,due to the impact of international competition,the embargo on imported integrated circuits is extremely severe and seriously affected In view of China's military and civilian electronic product development and production progress and maintenance support,the use of domestic integrated circuits to replace imported products has become inevitable.At present,the substitution of integrated circuits in the industry is mainly based on the comparison and analysis of technical indicators and the verification of physical products.It is impossible to integrate the substitution work into the product design process,and it seriously affects the control of the product development cycle and cost.Therefore,there is an urgent need for an integrated circuit substitution application evaluation method based on performance and reliability simulation that integrates into the product design process.In this thesis,performance and reliability simulation including signal integrity simulation,thermal simulation,vibration simulation and life simulation,Based on the detailed research and analysis of the substitution comparison process,simulation evaluation elements setting,digital prototype requirements,simulation process and implementation methods,simulation results requirements,substitution evaluation requirements,the technical process of IC substitution simulation evaluation is obtained.To implement simulation verification,this thesis focuses on various digital models required for the evaluation of integrated circuit substitution simulation,and conducts research on modeling techniques for basic models such as EDA electrical symbols and packaging symbols,IBIS models,3D models,thermal simulation models,and vibration simulation models.Model sources are used.The file compilation method realizes the systematic modeling methods of domestic integrated circuits such as electrical and structure,and forms technical specifications.Furthermore the thesis selects the typical communication system circuit board,and the imported Flash memory on the circuit board is replaced with a domestic product.Through signal integrity simulation analysis,thermal simulation analysis,vibration simulation analysis and reliability analysis,the comparison analysis shows that the results obtained by the simulation and the physical test are basically the same,prove that the engineering applicability of the proposed method can be verified.The IC substitution verification engineering method based on performance and reliability simulation analysis,and PCB,IBIS modeling specification formed in this thesis,it has been practiced and applied in many enterprises,practice proved that the technology had good application effect.
