Although China is a major producer of NdFeB,the production of NdFeB is still not mature and complete automatic equipment.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,repetitive operation and high production cost of ndfeb vacuum package,a new set of Nd FeB compact vacuum package automation equipment was designed in this paper.This topic first studied and analyzed the current domestic and foreign NdFeB automatic production development,in the full understanding of Nd Fe B forming and vacuum package process under the premise of NdFeB pressing the vacuum package operation process,and on this basis something can be determined the use of automatic equipment that has the function.Secondly,it was put forward that the design requirements of vacuum package automatic equipment.The packaging method of rubber was improved,and the overall scheme and layout of the automation equipment were finally determined after the comparative analysis and demonstration of the key parts of the vacuum packaging scheme.According to the overall design of vacuum package,it was analyzed the working process of NdFe B cylindrical compact vacuum package,and SolidWorks software was used to design and model the parts of each part of the automatic equipment,so the general assembly diagram of vacuum package automatic equipment was established.The function,structure and components of each unit were designed and analyzed in detail.Through the structural design of vacuum package automation equipment,the power system of the equipment was analyzed,the schematic diagram of the pneumatic control system was designed,and the main components of the pneumatic system were calculated and selected.Finally,the control system of the automatic equipment was designed.PLC and industrial touch screen were used to control and monitor the operation of the whole equipment.The I/O port of the PLC was allocated.It was designed the main control program,the handling manipulator program that go back to the origin,the manual control program and the automatic control operation program,moreover,the working efficiency of the equipment was analyzed.In this paper,the design of Nd Fe B cylindrical compact vacuum package automatic equipment can complete the NdFeB vacuum package process,it can replace the current NdFe B vacuum packaging production process of high repetitive human labor.After the application,the time of NdFeB compact vacuum packe of was reduced by 10 s that was compared with manual operation time,and the work efficiency was improved by 33.3%.It can be used for reference to realize the full process automation production which is NdFeB magnetic material.
