| The subject comes from the project of science and technology support plan of Jiangsu province. Key technology of automatic packaging robot system of bridge structure has been researched. The main work is as follows:First, present development of packaging robot at home and abroad are researched. Detailed parts structure of automatic packaging robot has been designed based on virtual prototype technology. Calculation and selection of drive components has been completed. Design of virtual prototype assembled by all parts has been completed.Second, static analysis of key components of bagging mechanical hand has been done based on the finite element method. Strength and stiffness are checked. Modal analysis of bagging mechanical hand is performed in different conditions. It is concluded that the dynamic performance in different working conditions. Mechanical hand mechanism has been optimized based on the simulation results. The correctness of optimization has been verified by mean of simulation.Third, static analysis of key components of moving mechanism has been done. Strength and stiffness of supporting plate are checked whether it can meet the requirements. The linear accelerated curves of servo motor of moving mechanism have been designed based on motor characteristic. The transient dynamics simulation of moving mechanism has been done based on movement of linear accelerated curves. We get the result of analysis, which can verify that it has sufficient strength and stiffness for moving mechanism in the process of movement.Fourth, gas circuit of positive pressure system which actuator is cylinder and gas circuit of negative pressure system which actuator is sucker have been designed based on theory of fluid mechanics.Finally, design of control system of automatic packaging robot system of bridge structure has been completed. Controlling method of servo motor and action flow chart of each subsystem has been designed.In summary, automatic packaging robot system of bridge structure with functions of supplying bags, taking bags, bagging, filling, moving bags, transport has been dev-eloped according to design goals, which lay a certain foundation for industrialization. |
