The Study On Body Ethics Problems In Mobile Short Video

In the research of traditional social science,the problem of body has not been paid enough attention.With the development of media technology,the rise of women's rights movement and the popularity of consumer culture in the last century,the body has gradually become the focus of academia and industry,and its intrinsic value,social and cultural significance have been highlighted.However,the emergence and application of new technologies such as intelligent media and medical cosmetology push human body into another ethical dilemma.Especially in recent years,the emerging mobile short video applications,the convergence of the body in which presents the blurring of the authenticity of the body,extreme challenges and disorderly imitation,while threatening the safety of the body,also create the the carnival of collective unconsciousness,"soft porn" spread,and make the body be materialized as the object for consumption.The moral and ethical values of the body,such as safety,health,freedom,equality and dignity,have been greatly challenged.Based on the understanding of the above issues,this paper attempts to focus on the issues related to body ethics from the perspective of mobile short video.Based on the methods of text analysis and case analysis,this paper firstly describes the large-scale intervention of body in the application of mobile short video,starting from the history and current situation of body and mobile short video.It also summarizes the specific manifestations of body ethics,including body materialization,metaphorical pornography,extreme challenge and children's adulthood.As a new media form,mobile short video not only reshapes the body image and body experience,but also enlarges the problems related to body ethics.Then it analyzes the causes of the body ethical problems by using the multi-disciplinary theoretical knowledge of communication,sociology,ethics and so on,and the reasons are divided into three aspects.The first is the technological.The adaptation speed of body senses has been difficult to keep up with the development speed of digital technology.While mobile short video greatly expands the "existence space" of the body,it also restricts and alienates the body behavior of users through technical means.The second is consumer culture,explain the reason of the ethical problems of the body in the consumer society.The body in the consumer society is regarded as a commodity and symbol for consumption.The capital behind it is to regard the user's body as the "labor asset".The body consumption process in the mobile short video also becomes the process of body labor.The third is the "power",which discusses the social micro power's discipline way to the body in the mobile short video.The body has experienced the socialization construction,the watch type tame and the stratification distinction in the mobile short video,and the body has been alienated in the power game.Finally,according to the problems and reasons mentioned above,the normative path of body ethics is proposed from four aspects,The first is to change from philosophy theory to "legislation by body",strengthen the principle of "self-cultivation",improve the concern for body,and return the ethical value to body.The second is to standardize the use of physical participation,and use technology to play the design ethical value of mobile short video applications,so as to improve the empathy ability of individuals.The third is the promotion of new media literacy,focusing on strengthening the education of new media literacy for families and schools,and improving the unconscious,incompetent and false cognitive dilemma of new media literacy education by means of increasing attention,active learning,curriculum design and activity development.The fourth is the regulation of the body right.The position of the body right in our country's legislation is improving,but its specific content and scope of application need to be further clarified,and then the bottom line of the body ethics is fundamentally clear.This paper hopes to find out the new meaning and contradiction of the body through the research of the body ethics in the mobile short video.The body under the background of the new media era not only affects the change of the media forms,but the body itself is the most frequently used "medium" and it is bound to play a more important role in the future communication ecology.
