The wireless sensor network can quickly collect data information within the monitoring range and send the monitoring information to the base station for processing.Relevant researches on wireless sensor networks include time synchronization,routing protocols,network security and positioning technologies,location information is critical in the application of wireless sensor networks.Positioning technology is widely used in research fields such as environmental monitoring,medical health and agricultural production.At present,most of the positioning algorithms have large errors.It is of great research significance to study and improve the positioning accuracy of algorithm.Earlier research on positioning technology was limited to two-dimensional planar areas.With the development and advancement of science and technology,two-dimensional positioning algorithms have been unable to meet the positioning needs in many cases.Based on the study and research of two-dimensional positioning algorithms,the DV-Hop algorithm based on non-ranging positioning is extended to three-dimensional space.The corresponding improved methods are proposed through simulation and error analysis of the three-dimensional DV-Hop positioning algorithm.The main work of this paper is as follows.(1)This article first introduces the development history and research status of wireless sensor networks,describes the architecture,working principles,application scenarios and some key technologies of wireless sensor networks.Introduced the basic concepts,positioning principles and evaluation criteria of positioning technology in detail,classify and introduce some common positioning algorithms.Finally,the application of wireless sensor network positioning technology is extended to three-dimensional space,focus on the analysis and research of DV-Hop positioning algorithm in three-dimensional space.(2)Aiming at the error caused by the minimum number of hops between nodes in the three-dimensional DV-Hop algorithm,two communication radiuses of0.5R and R are used to broadcast the node information,so that the hop value between nodes is more accurate.After the distance between the anchor node and the unknown node is obtained,the coordinate of the unknown node is solved by using a three-dimensional weighted centroid algorithm and a maximum likelihood estimation method.Simulation results show that the positioning accuracy of the improved algorithm is improved.(3)This paper introduces particle swarm algorithm to transform the coordinates of solving unknown nodes into mathematical optimization problems.The traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimal solution.This paper improved the inertia weight and acceleration constant of the particle swarm algorithm.Simulation results show that the improved particle swarm algorithm improves the positioning accuracy compared with the maximum likelihood estimation method and the differential evolution improved algorithm,and does not require additional hardware cost.
