Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)have developed rapidly in past years.This technology which was born in military applications has been widely used in smart home,wearable devices,storage and logistics management,medical care,industrial and agricultural production,environmental protection and many other fields.Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE)enables Bluetooth technology to stand in the WSN field,which requires high performance of wireless communication,and also provides more possibilities for research,design and development.With the progress of science and technology and the gradual improvement of material living standard,people have put forward higher requirements for WSN equipment.Longer battery life,smaller size,more function integration,better user experience,and more flexible adaptability of multiple application scenarios are also the driving force and direction of the developers' continuous innovation.The main research work and contributions of this thesis are as follows:1.Low-power miniaturized multimodal WSN node and gateway circuit design: widely compare and selecte components according to the design requirements.Analyzing the circuit details and controlling the static current and peripheral circuit energy consumption is implemented to lay a foundation for solving the problem of WSN node energy limitation.2.Circuit design of efficient energy collection and management of micro power: the power module with low voltage driving ability could collect a variety of environmental energy including solar energy,to avoid the single decreasing process of node energy,prolong the working life of the node and solve the problem of node energy limitation.The power topology and the combination of control voltage is designed to improve the efficiency of power management module and reduce unnecessary energy loss.3.Multimodal perception function coordination,multi-source data fusion and efficient transmission algorithm: reasonably coordinating the working state of each functional modules to improve the efficiency of the node and even the whole system.After the multimodal perceiving such as environment perception,motion perception,physical perception and location perception,the processing and fusion of multi-source information are needed.The gateway also needs to deeply integrate multi-node data,eliminate redundant information and compress effective data.Setting the data change threshold to reduce unnecessary wireless transmission could reduce the power consumption.4.WSN Multi-terminal system structure: Bluetooth Low Energy improves the upper limit of WSN and lowers the design threshold for WSN to establish a complete system architecture with handheld terminal devices(such as mobile phones)and remote control terminals.Compared with other WSNs,an available link is added to improve the stability and operability of WSN.And a self-adaptive algorithm of RF transmission power is designed to reduce the power consumption of the RF module under the premise of effective communication.
