With the rapid development of socialist market economy,the competition of human resources among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,how to obtain the advantage of competition in the fierce market quickly has become a key issue that must be considered by modern large-scale commercial enterprises.As a key force to promote the survival and sustainable development of human resources enterprises,the management of human resources has become one of the important human resources development direction and strategy of enterprises,and it is the foundation and key point for human resources enterprises to further achieve their core market competitiveness.The performance evaluation of employees has become an important foundation and premise of human resources enterprise management,and an important cornerstone of sustainable development of enterprises is an important means and management tools for enterprises to restrain outstanding employees and motivate them to promote the performance of enterprise organizations.The key to the success of human resources competition in modern enterprises lies in the cultivation and competition of talents,and managers and employees have gradually begun to realize that the performance evaluation of employees plays a vital role in the success of employees and enterprises.Firstly,this paper expounds the performance evaluation and machine learning theory of employees,and summarizes and collates the theory of the previous employee's performance evaluation index,thus constructing the index system of the performance evaluation of a company's software engineer,and secondly,constructing the software engineer performance evaluation model through the decision tree algorithm in machine learning technology.Finally,according to the performance evaluation system and model constructed in this paper,some software engineers of Company A are evaluated on trial.According to the trial evaluation and analysis and verification,the results show that the performance evaluation system and model proposed in this paper have good applicability and scientificity,and can evaluate the software engineers of Company A objectively,fairly and equitably.The performance evaluation model established in this paper shows that in today's rapid social and economic development,in the process of research and utilization of various machine learning algorithms and theories,through interdisciplinary research and comprehensive application,can really improve the efficiency of the day-to-day management of enterprises,and reflect fairness and impartiality.
