With the rapid development of medical industry and the diversity and complexity of human disease.Concomitant drugs has became an important way of clinical treatment.In recent years,the development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standards have led to the general improvement in human health awareness.How to use drugs which are safe,effective,and economical has become a focus of public attention,and the rational administration has also become an urgent problem for various agencies.Clinical rational administration means according to the theory of diseases,patients condition and pharmacology to choose the best drugs and their preparations,formulating or adjusting the given drug plan,and it is difficult to achieve absolute rational administration,therefore,it should try to avoid the occurrence of drug-induced diseases caused by irrational drug use..At the same time there are a large number of orders in hospital,This data has great reference value,but it is also characterized by uncertainty,redundancy,etc.Therefore,the processing of data information is another focus of this study.In view of the above issues,this paper designed and implemented a rational administration intervention system.Based on the basic information management,drug intervention,pharmacist opinion,compatibility rules,system maintenance and other modules,the system conducts specific research and implementation of rational administration plan review and case search recommendation in drug intervention.Take using of medicines,compatibility rules and other basic information for rational administration program drug review;case search recommendation function,the use of rough set theory related algorithms to deal with uncertain,inconsistent and inaccurate data principles to calculate the attribute dependency and feature weight values,and combine the K-neighborhood algorithm in case-based reasoning calculates the similarity between historical cases and target cases,and filters similar cases to complete the recommended functions;in the case's self-learning function,it uses the rough set attribute reduction algorithm to delete redundant attributes and redundantvalues.Combining the calculated values of the information correlation in mutual information reduces the amount of calculation and improves the efficiency of reduction,and selects the key drug combinations in the medical plan more quickly and accurately.In order to achieve the normal operation and application of the system,take many considerations such as demand analysis and functional characteristics into account,this paper adopted the Java language for unified business development,using SSH framework for system architecture,use Oracle database processing large data in medicine and the doctor's advice.On the basis of above work,rational administration of drugs intervention system realizes the overall function follow the four stages,demand analysis,function design,system realization and system testing.Finally,its function and performance can meet the needs of users and achieve the expectation aim.At the same time,it provides a useful reference for regulating drug effectiveness,improving drug efficacy,reducing adverse reactions,and improving clinical treatment.
