In recent years,with the booming 3C market,the 3C non-standard testing equipment industry has developed rapidly,and the quality and cost of equipment design,manufacture,and optimization have received increasing attention in the industry.At present,a unified digital optimization model has not yet been established for 3C non-standard detection equipment,failing to achieve the goal of lean optimization of equipment.For the above-mentioned model and optimization problem,this paper proposes a lean optimal design scheme for 3C non-standard detection equipment based on Digital Twin model.Firstly,in order to satisfy the overall multi-domain optimization of non-standard equipment,a multi-domain modeling tool is proposed to implement the creation of a non-standard equipment Digital Twin model.The model includes an information module,a mathematical module,a 3D model module,and an information module description device.The relationship between structure,equipment parameters,equipment mathematical model,etc.The mathematical model module after optimization of parameters is applied to the lean optimization design of equipment.The 3D model module is mainly applied to the model's intuitive animation simulation and structural parameter acquisition,and the improved Digital The Twin model provides model support for the lean optimization design of the equipment.Secondly,in order to truly reflect the state of the equipment during operation,the model uses remote monitoring to obtain equipment operating condition data and equipment operating status parameter data.Through these data,the model parameters are optimized and the model is validated,which improves the fit of the model to the normal operating equipment.degree.The data is stored in a database created according to the information model structure;a data acquisition solution of Wifi module + control chip + sensor is proposed for data acquisition of unpredictable mobile locations.Finally,taking the thrust machine of a non-standard automation equipment company in Suzhou as the research object,the Digital Twin model of the equipment was created in combination with the above-mentioned model creation scheme.According to the equipment information model,the database of the equipment was created and the equipment operation data was stored in the database.Extraction,synthesis of multi-objective genetic algorithm to achieve optimization of the structure of the equipment parameters and control parameters,the cost is not greatly improved on the basis of the stability of the equipment to improve about 20%,and improve the company's optimal design and manufacturing level.
