Research On Cyberspace Security Governance

With the rise and development of cyberspace,more and more researchers are participating in the research of cyberspace,and the foreign academic circles 'research on cyberspace is quite comprehensive and in-depth.Although China's network development started late,domestic research,especially the research on cyberspace governance in recent years,also has considerable academic value.At the beginning of 2020,Wuhan had a new crown pneumonia epidemic,which closed the city and entered an emergency state.This epidemic has made the Internet almost all of our social affairs,and also brought cyberspace governance to an unprecedented level.The problems of cyber public opinion,cyber rumors,cyber violence and other issues have become prominent,and we must re-examine the importance of strengthening cyberspace security governance.Different from the fight against SARS in 2003,the rapid development of information and communication technology and the iterative update of its applications have made the treatment of this epidemic a sharp contrast to the 2003 SARS period.With the continuous escalation of cyberspace strategies in developed western countries,the interest competition and competition in the field of international cyberspace have become increasingly fierce.The control and dominance of cyberspace has become a new focus of competition among major powers.China is still at a disadvantage in terms of competition for cybersecurity talents,technologies and products.At present,the development of cyberspace is getting deeper and deeper,and it has penetrated into all aspects of social life.Network content governance has also become an important part of social governance.Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,the country has continuously strengthened network governance,and the network management mechanism is becoming more and more complete.How to adapt to the development of the times and technological advances,advance with the times and optimize the network governance methods to enhance the level of network strength,not only ensure the healthy development of cyberspace It is a powerful guarantee for modernization of the national governance system and capacity.City M,as a highly developed city,is more urgent for the people's sense of security and development and concerns about new social issues.During the epidemic,almost all social networks were on the Internet,and the security in the field of network ideology was alsohigher.The requirements for the construction of network infrastructure are higher,and the requirements for managing the network according to law and governing the network according to law are higher.This paper uses literature research and other methods to obtain detailed and comprehensive data.Starting from the current status of the development of cyberspace security governance in M city,focusing on the key protection system of the existing network system in M city,the problems of cyberspace governance in M city are raised.The reasons and challenges are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.This article consists of six chapters.The first and second chapters mainly introduce the research background,as well as the analysis and introduction of related theories.The third chapter is to elaborate from the current status of cyberspace security in city M,and then explore and analyze the cyberspace in city M.Various issues facing security governance.The fourth chapter,the problem is a deep cause,and the reason behind the security governance of cyberspace is explained through in-depth analysis.Chapter five proposes relevant countermeasures for improving cyberspace governance: strengthening comprehensive cyberspace governance capabilities,enhancing cyberspace ideological governance,attaching great importance to the cultivation of cyber talents,consolidating the construction of the cybersecurity legal system,and guiding netizens to actively participate in public governance.Chapter 6 provides a comprehensive summary.This article starts from the governance of cyberspace security in a city and combines the latest developments in the current cyberspace technology,from the lack of governance mechanisms to improve cyberspace security,the shortage of cyber talents,the lagging of relevant laws and regulations,and the lack of infrastructure construction.Research is carried out in other aspects,and I hope that the proposed strategies can provide some reference for improving China's cyberspace security governance system.
