In the era of self media network,wechat,microblog,short video platform and other self media,which are based on the development of the Internet,gradually enter people's lives."Food is the first thing for the people,food safety is the first thing",the quality and safety of edible agricultural products is of great concern.In the context of the era of self media,the Internet has become an important platform for public opinion,especially for the public to express and receive information.In the face of the impact of Internet public opinion,the construction of government governance capacity is facing new challenges.On the one hand,the self-Media,in collaboration with the public,enterprises and other social entities,respond to government policies,disseminate corporate culture,develop e-commerce models,etc.,mobilize all entities to participate in the supervision,and improve the overall supervision ability and performance.On the other hand,the low threshold of self-Media,freedom of speech,convenient comments,etc.,and the high enthusiasm of the public for participating in politics and political discussions have led to the rapid spread of negative public opinion,rumors,etc.,great influence of public opinion,higher requirements for the government's network emergency,linkage supervision and other capabilities,while the traditional supervision hand has gradually failed.The public opinion of edible agricultural products from farmland to dining table is often popular,and the public consumption trust is gradually reduced,which has a negative impact on the government's supervision ability and business responsibility.Based on edible agricultural products as the research object,on the synergy theory,new public management theory,public opinion dissemination theory as the theoretical basis,from the edible agricultural products quality and safety supervision system is not perfect in our country present situation,for the current edible agricultural products quality and safety in production to consumption such as link presented problems were analyzed,and the background since the media age,according to the "refinement of regulatory agencies,strengthen supervision structure,optimization of operating mechanism" the logical study of regulatory model.This paper analyzes and studies how social subjects such as we media,the government,the public,enterprises and social organizations deal with the quality and safety supervision of edible agricultural products by combining theory with practice,and focuses on the collaborative supervision mechanism of we media platforms.First,this paper elaborates the research significance of this paper from the aspects of the characteristics and influences of the public opinion communication of the quality and safety incidents of edible agricultural products,the deficiencies of the current government's public management,and the coordinated supervision effect of we media,and combs the relevant domestic and foreign literature.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,sample data receipt and other methods to analyze the communication characteristics and current situation of each media platform,understand the words and deeds of the public on the quality and safety supervision ofedible agricultural products,analyze the problems existing in the regulatory subject,regulatory structure and operating mechanism,as well as the positive and negative effects of we media on the supervision.Thirdly,based on the case study of "zombie meat" event,starting from the theory of public opinion communication and the theory of synergetic advantage,this paper reviews the evolution process of public opinion events,analyzes the communication characteristics of public opinion events,and probes into the problems and causes in the direction of collaborative supervision of "we media".Finally,an effective mechanism for collaborative supervision of we media on the quality and safety of edible agricultural products is proposed.The collaborative supervision model of edible agricultural products is constructed by using Internet technology,and the market information sharing platform mainly composed of the public,enterprises and social organizations is set up,and the professional quality and safety database of edible agricultural products is composed of the supervision platform mainly composed of
