At present,the operation and maintenance management of the collection point,metering point,intelligent meter and other power supply hardware equipment in domestic power enterprises is still mainly through manual on-site management,so its management efficiency is relatively low,and at the same time,it can not meet the real-time requirements of power system operation and maintenance.Therefore,it is an important development trend to realize the remote automatic management of power supply hardware equipment by means of computer software.In this thesis,according to the company's remote debugging needs of power supply equipment,a set of debugging management system of power consumption information collection equipment is designed and implemented.In the research work,Java Web technology is mainly used for design and development,and Oracle database is used as the background data management support.In the research process,the development status of remote debugging management of power supply equipment at home and abroad in recent years is sorted out and analyzed,and according to the company's business requirements of remote debugging management of power supply hardware equipment,the function and performance development objectives of the system are studied in detail.Then,the functional scheme of the system is designed and analyzed by using the SSM component framework,the functional modules of the system are divided,the functional technical model and principle of the system are studied,the background communication service and database structure of the system are investigated in detail,and the database conceptual structure and key data table of the system are designed.On this basis,using java web technology and the technical scheme of the system,this thesis develops the function of the system and realizes the coding,introduces the idea and way of realizing the background communication function of the system,as well as the logic realization process,method and principle of each function module.Finally,the function and performance of the system are verified and tested.According to the actual application environment,the function and performance of the system are inspected,and the research and development results of the system are analyzed.The system includes three functional modules: remote debugging management,random collection management and basic information management.Through theapplication of the system,the remote debugging management of the hardware equipment at the power supply end can be realized,the working pressure of the power grid debugging personnel can be reduced,and the low efficiency problem that needs to be managed through the manual site can be avoided.It has a positive role in promoting the operation and maintenance management efficiency of the hardware equipment at the power supply end of the company.
