Design And Implementation Of Trademark Management Information System

With the coming of the era of knowledge economy,database technology and network technology have become more and more important parts of management information system.The effective use of computer database technology can help us to improve the utilization rate of information.make information management more convenient and efficient.and promote the further development and improvement of information management technology.Trademark is an important sign of the difference between the sources of goods or services.Trademark management refers to the use of registered and unregistered trademarks for management in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the people's Republic of China.The trademark management system uses massive storage,query,add and delete functions and network resource sharing functions,which has the advantage of not limited by time and space.It digitizes trademark application information,registration information,change information,etc.,and constructs an information management system used by managers and trademark applicants.According to the practical application and development requirements of the trademark management information system of a province,firstly,the problems of the current system,such as low automation level,incomplete information collection and the inability to carry out comprehensive and scientific statistical analysis,are sorted out and analyzed,the basic theoretical basis of the system is determined,and then the system technical framework and functional modules are determined according to the actual functional requirements The detailed design is carried out,and the definition of each functional module is analyzed on the basis of the system logic structure.This trademark management system uses Oracle database as background management.Based on java architecture,it designs several functional modules including enterprise management,trademark management,brand management,agency management and government information.The trademark management system designed in this paper is based on the component-based development framework and three-tier structure,follows the MVC software design pattern,uses Java development language and eclipse development platform,and completes the design and Implementation on the server where Windows Server 2003 SP2 operating system is installed.At the end of the paper,the performance,development,test and analysis of the trademark management system are detailed.The results show that the system meets the design and application requirements in terms of technical indicators,achieves the expected results in terms of function and performance,and can meet the actual work requirements of trademark management.The system has been put into practice.
