Small self-service devices such as children's amusement machine and shoe shine machine still adopt the traditional coin-in-coin payment due to the characteristics of low profit,weak technology and scattered distribution in the industry.This seriously restricts the development of the self-service device market.Although WeChat,alipay and other platforms can provide mobile payment,they cannot control self-service devices,so it is necessary to develop a self-service mobile payment management system.As early as 2015,domestic enterprises have launched such payment platforms,but the development situation is not satisfactory,and some platforms have withdrawn from the market.Through analysis,it is found that these platforms have many deficiencies in the technical level.For example,apps need to be installed,payment operations are cumbersome,system functions are different from the needs of consumers and equipment operators,selfservice devices have slow response speed,interface signal compatibility is poor,especially consumption disputes caused by coin swallowing and currency folding.Aiming at the deficiency of the existing payment platform,this design reorganizes and optimizes the system structure.The system consists of three layers: physical connection layer,network transmission layer and service application layer.The physical connection layer,namely the cloud module,connects the self-service device and the traditional coin slot machine,reads the coin pulse,and realizes the network control of the self-service device.Network transmission layer,namely TCP server,is responsible for sending and receiving communication messages and database operation.Consumers pay by scanning code through the application layer,that is,the Web client.Business owners manage equipment and funds through Web clients.The realization of mobile payment is the process of remote interactive access between cloud module and Web client through TCP server.The design involves wireless communication,single-chip microcomputer control,computer and network,electronic design and other fields.At the same time,it has higher requirements on the economy and security of the system.Design content mainly includes: database design;Communication message and TCP server software design;Hardware design of cloud module,SCM program and software development of cloud module setting monitoring;Mobile Web client software design and other four parts.This design adopts Web client to realize payment,and adopts MVC programming structure.Through API function call,COM component reference and payment page classification design,it improves Web access speed and saves Web server resources.Meanwhile,it enhances system management service function,making user experience more convenient and user-friendly.By simplifying and optimizing TCP message structure,data transmission efficiency is improved and response delay is shortened.The hardware of cloud module is designed with ultra-wide voltage and low power consumption.The software combines foreground query and background interrupt to ensure the coordination and real-time performance of multiple tasks.And through the application of adaptive technology,the coin-operated interface signal is sampled,and then driven to output,so as to solve the hardware interface compatibility problem.In view of the phenomenon of coin swallowing caused by packet loss in data transmission and currency folding caused by repeated execution of instructions,this design solves the problem of message queue disorder caused by inconsistent sending and receiving delay of GSM data through timestamp technology.Data packet loss is solved by message time-out retransmission technology.By means of communication event caching technology,the repeated execution of instructions caused by message retransmission can be solved.This paper introduces the design process of each part in detail,and verifies the design results of database,TCP server software,cloud module and Web system according to the functional requirements of the system.The test shows that this design can realize the mobile payment of self-service devices and retain the coin payment function.Web access fast,bill complete;The system cost meets the design requirement.The self-service mobile payment system provides a third-party payment and management platform for consumers,self-service equipment manufacturers and operators.Just configure the cloud module to realize self-service device mobile payment and remote management,and retain the traditional coin function.This will promote the industrial upgrading of self-service equipment,so it has very good economic benefits and development prospects.
