Automated mechanical equipment or systems are modern technical equipment that achieves the desired objectives through automatic detection,information processing,analysis and judgment,and manipulation control in accordance with relevant setting requirements in the case of no one or less people involved in the production and management process.At present,the automatic robot arm has been widely used in the automobile production industry.The automated robotic arm has the following advantages: long-term repetitive work and less human resources.However,the cost of automated robotic arms is expensive.In large enterprises,many related equipment are required for industrial operation,which leads to an increase in the initial investment of enterprises.In addition,the mechanical arm equipment has a high repeatability and a heavy production task,and it is necessary to increase its production efficiency.In this paper,a low-cost and highly automated robotic arm device is designed through related research,which can save investment and improve production efficiency.The mechanical arm equipment can improve the working environment of the production enterprise,and greatly improve the production safety under the premise of satisfying the automation and standardization.The research content of this paper for automated robotic arm equipment mainly includes the following two parts.First,the dynamic simulation is performed after modeling with 3D design software,and then the design of the electric drive management system is carried out.Secondly,the optimal design parameters of the automated robot arm are obtained by analyzing the relative displacement,velocity,acceleration,kinetic energy,maximum speed and acceleration of the mechanical equipment.Based on the above research,the traditional 3D solid model of the mechanical arm is established by using the 3D design software Solidworks.The performance parameters of the traditional automated robot arm are analyzed and calculated based on the engineering calculation software Mathcad.Secondly,the traditional robotic arm is optimized by modern design ideas,and an automated robotic arm device with higher automation and lower cost is designed.The research results show that the factors that have a great influence on the production efficiency of the robot arm mainly include the speed and acceleration of the arm of the robot arm.Therefore,in the optimization design process of the arm,in addition to the design of the basic component,in order to improve the production efficiency,Emphasis is placed on optimizing the arm of the arm to increase its speed and acceleration,which in turn increases productivity.Without prejudice to the safety of the manipulator,other components can be optimized to reduce production costs.
