Research On The Presentation System Of Chinese Ecomuseum

Ecomuseum is a new pattern of heritage protection,which aims to protect and inherit the culture,heritage and natural environment together in its native place.There are no unified definitions of ecomuseum,but it generally has the following main elements: local community residents,local culture and the natural environment on which they live.Ecomuseums also have the following common features:protecting the culture in its native place;emphasizing that the community residents are the real owner of their culture,the protection,inheritance and development of their culture depends on themselves;emphasizing the overall,living and sustainable protection of culture,cultural environment,natural environment,etc.The thoughts of ecomuseum is more like a kind of theory or methodology,it breaks the inherent mode of traditional museum and heritage protection and opens a new way for cultural protection and heritage protection.The ecomuseum's attention to local culture and natural environment is in line with the general trend of the awakening of local cultural consciousness,the protection of cultural diversity and natural environment in modern society.Ecomuseum originated in France,and then began to spread to the world.In the 1980 s,it was introduced to China by Su Donghai and An Laishun.After that,ecomuseum has achieved rapid development in China.Many regions have begun to build ecomuseum,and accumulated a lot of theoretical and practical experience,which have do a lot in the protection of Chinese local culture.The protection of culture is for the better inheritance,dissemination and development of culture,which requires a well presentation while protecting.Although the ecomuseum in China has a lot of practice experience,but its presentation is generally in a low level as not yet establishing a rather perfect presentation system.Therefore,the research on the presentation system of ecomuseum is very important for protecting and presenting the diversity of local culture,promoting the establishment of the local development mode of harmonious coexistence between human and nature,improving the presentation level of China's ecomuseum,it will promote the long-term sustainable development of ecomuseum in China.To some extent,ecomuseum is more like a micro society,to which the work of ecomuseum presentation need to face with.The concept of ecomuseum presentation not only contains the content of general heritage presentation,but also has its own features,and the presentation method involved is also more complex than the general heritage sites.Based on the study of the present situation of the presentation of Longji Ecomuseum,Taihang Three Village Ecomuseum and the other 24 ecomuseums in China,it is concluded that there are some major problems in the presentation of China ecomuseum,such as the low level of presentation,the insufficient utilization of resources,the lack of full-time staff,and the lack of attention to the natural environment.Combined with these problems and the requirements of the ecomuseum itself,this paper puts forward some solutions.These solutions are the investigation,research and transformation of cultural resources need to be well carried,cultivating "cultural representative" from the local community,strengthen the cultural owner status of residents,reinforce the concept popularization of ecomuseum,enhance the understanding of the importance of natural environment to ecomuseum,and build a scientific and perfect display system.Compared with the general heritage presentation,the presentation of ecomuseum is more overall and holistic,and pay more attention to the present.The presentation of the natural environment is worthy to mention in the presentation of ecomuseum.The comparative study of the differences between the ecomuseum presentation and general heritage presentation clarifies the theoretical rationality of construction of the presentation system of ecomuseum;and the recessive thought running through thewhole paper is that culture needs continuous development and innovation rather than sticking to the old;these two points are the logical starting point of many contents of the construction of the presentation system of Chinese ecomuseum.The presentation system of Chinses ecomuseum mainly includes four aspects: presentation principle,presentation content,presentation method and public participation.The system embodies the thoughts of integrity,liveliness,and residents' autonomy which are the core ideas of ecomuseum.And the focus and emphasis on the natural environment is a highlight of this study which is less involved in most ecomuseum studies.The construction of the presentation system further enriches the theoretical research achievements in Chinese ecomuseum,which has theoretical guiding significance for the presentation of the Chinese ecomuseum and can also promote the sustainable development of Chinese ecomuseum.
