With the continuous development of computer science and technology,the application of magnetic levitation technology in related fields is getting more and more attention,which puts forward higher requirements for the control method of magnetic levitation system.In view of the current control methods that have low control accuracy,relatively slow response speed,and large overshoot,etc.,this paper uses a variable-domain fuzzy PID based on genetic algorithm optimization to control the magnetic levitation system.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)On the basis of electromagnetic field theory,the composition and working principle of uniaxial magnetic suspension system are analyzed.Through modeling the magnetic levitation system,the observability and controllability of the system are analyzed using the equation of state.The result is that the observability and controllability of the system are good.Then,a feedback adjustment is added to the system and the role of the controller can be used to make The system has reached a steady state.For the design of the system hardware control,the TMS320C2811 controller chip produced by TI is first selected.This chip comes with an A/ D conversion circuit.Then for the magnetic levitation system,the filter circuit,D / A circuit,power amplifier circuit,voltage-current circuit matched with this chip are designed.The displacement sensor model HZ891 XL is selected,and the detected signal is sent to the previously designed control circuit.And finally the control of the hardware of the magnetic levitation system is completed.(2)Design the software control scheme of the magnetic levitation system.Through the design of the schemes of fuzzy PID control,variable universe fuzzy PID control,genetically optimized variable universe fuzzy PID control algorithm,with the help of Simulink of MATLAB,the simulation module is built for simulation,and the simulation effect diagram is analyzed and compared.Finally,the three initial PID parameters optimized by genetic algorithm offline are selected,and the magnetic suspension system is controlled inconjunction with the variable universe fuzzy PID control,which achieves the advantages of high control accuracy,fast response time,and no overshoot.(3)Finally,this paper completed the verification of a part of the hardware circuit of the single-axis magnetic levitation system.Using the CCS tools to debug and analyze the verification results,the DSP control effect is good,the A / D conversion accuracy is high,and the filter circuit and power amplifier circuit performance can meet the requirements of this system.
