The rise of the Internet of things has promoted the development of location based service(LBS),such as location and navigation.People's demand for precise indoor location in shopping malls,underground mines and parking lots is also increasing day by day.At present,the research of indoor location mostly focuses on the integration of location technology or the improvement of location algorithm,but there are some problems,such as low accuracy,high cost,low real-time performance and high complexity of positioning algorithm.By optimizing the node deployment of indoor wireless sensor network(WSN),we can improve the indoor positioning accuracy and reduce the cost of WSN node deployment without integrating additional positioning technology and increasing the complexity of positioning algorithm,which provides the possibility to solve the above problems.In order to maximize the effective coverage and minimize the deployment cost of WSN nodes,this paper studies the indoor positioning based on the optimization of wireless sensor network node deployment,main contents as follows:(1)Research on the deployment optimization of WSN nodes.Aiming at the problem of large positioning error caused by the low effective coverage of WSN by using uniform deployment scheme,the existing sensor deployment method for indoor positioning system,this paper proposes a optimization model of WSN nodes deployment,and use NSGA-? algorithm to solve the model.The experimental results show that,after 10000 iterations,under the same experimental conditions,compared with the indoor positioning system using the uniform deployment scheme of WSN nodes,the positioning accuracy of the indoor positioning system using the optimal deployment scheme has been improved by 28.96%.(2)Node deployment optimization in WSN considering obstacles.Aiming at the problem that the location error increases due to the obstruction of signal in indoor environment,this paper improves the optimization model of WSN node deployment by using the obstacle perception model.The simulation results show that after 1000 iterations,the effective coverage of the deployment scheme provided by the improved node optimization model is 13.37% higher than that of the uniform deployment scheme under the same experimental conditions,and 7.51% higher than that of the deployment scheme provided by the improved model.(3)Design and implementation of indoor positioning system and visualization system for WSN node deployment.Based on the practical requirements of research contents(1)and(2),this paper develops a indoor positioning system,and a visualization system for WSN node deployment.The indoor positioning system can realize the positioning function of any location within the coverage of the indoor WSN.The visualization system for node deployment can help user to visualize the node deployment scheme by using optimization method and improve the efficiency of WSN nodes deployment.
