The Information-Centric Networking(ICN)is a novel network structure,which is proposed to overcome the deficiencies on scalability,mobility,transmission performance and quality of service in the IP-based network architectures.However,there still exist some difficulties in data security and privacy protection for content provider due to the pervasive caching feature in ICN.Some improved access control schemes have been proposed for the security enhancement,but the following problems still exist: the centralized access control schemes with trusted third party solve the security of data sharing,while the single point failure can not be avoided;the data security is realized through securing keys distribution by content provider in the decentralized access control schemes,but the hierarchical content access and content access audit are not be considered in these schemes.Therefore,this paper proposed a blockchain based secure access control scheme to provide a content provider with the capabilities of content sharing,content access audit and content revocation.Firstly,the matching-based access control model is designed for the hierarchical access of content,and a secure caching strategies is proposed for pervasive caching features of ICN.Secondly,a blockchain-based access token management method is proposed for the secure transport of access token and effective audit of content access,which provides a better way to solve the single point failure,users' privacy and transmission security,as well as realizes a more accurate and convenient audit in content access.Thirdly,to improve access efficiency,the Cuckoo Filter is introduced to realize the efficient query of access token.Finally,the prototype of the scheme is simulated in ethereum,performance and security are compared with other access control schemes,where the results show that our proposed access control scheme achieves better security performance and efficiency.Although the proposed scheme has improved the security and user privacy of sharing content,it introduces the difficulty of legality regulatory of the sharing content by a content provider.Therefore,this paper further proposes a sharing content regulatory scheme with Shamir(t,n)threshold secret sharing and blockchain technology,which makes the supervision department examine the content of a content provider and ensures the fairness and openness simultaneously.The possible attacks are analyzed and the feasibility are verified by experimental simulation for the proposed sharing content regulatory scheme.
