| In recent years,with the development of computing technology,its application in textile industry has extended from simple fabric weave design to intelligent design of pattern and real-time monitoring of equipment operation,etc.But at present,the process parameter calculating of silk fabric has not been automated,and the data in the process of calculation has not been well used.So,this paper focuses on the automatic calculating of fabric material consumption,supporting equipment and the producing decision support based on these data.The kinds of silk fabric have been updated rapidly,which has exceeded ten thousand at present.It is time-consuming and error prone to rely on manual calculation in the process of process calculating;the data knowledge after calculation cannot be shared among employees,and the sales and producing management personnel still need to rely on experience to judge the producing capacity of the enterprise,which is not conducive to the efficient management of the enterprise.In order to help companies,solve this problem and enable employees to quickly get started with silk fabrics,this paper introduces a software of silk fabric process intelligent calculating and production information analysis system,which is jointly developed by programming language and database technology.There are two sub-systems in the software.The function of the calculating system includes querying various parameters of the fabric by product number,adding new fabric to the database,automatically calculating the warp and weft raw materials required for the producing of fabric per meter,automatically calculating the number of weaving and preparation equipment matched with the fabric,printing the process specification sheet,etc.;the function of the analysis system includes screening the available equipment resources For the fabric produced,calculate the equipment resources needed for an order/new project,the shortest time of the producing order quantity,the maximum producing capacity that can be produced within the specified time,and generate the time trend chart of the actual output of raw materials and the actual theoretical difference.The setting of the calculating system enables the fabric developers to reduce the workload of process calculating,avoid errors,and store the calculating results in the enterprise database for multiple uses;the analysis system realizes the transfer of knowledge and information between the fabric developers and other departments,so that the salesmen can still consume the fabric without knowing the specific process calculation The number of equipment,etc.shall be accurately calculated and the producing capacity of the enterprise shall be estimated,so as to reduce the requirements of the enterprise for the professional level of the employees;the producing management personnel can analyze the actual producing situation of the employees by observing the producing trend,so as to provide intuitive data support for the decision-making of the enterprise to improve the producing efficiency and the utilization rate of raw materials. |
