The operating room is an important place for hospital surgery and rescue.According to current regulations,personnel entering the operating room must wear special surgical gowns.In most hospitals,the management of surgical gowns is mainly manual distribution and manual recycling,with large workload and low efficiency.Only a few hospitals use management equipment of surgical gowns,which makes the management mode of surgical gowns change from traditional manual distribution and recycling mode to self-service mode.However,the equipment is defective,the delivery of the surgical gown is cumbersome and the recycling cannot be detected.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a self-service management system of surgical gowns.The main work contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the requirements,feasibility and characteristics of the self-service management system of surgical gowns,determines the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,and affirms the feasibility of the system development from three aspects of economy,technology and management.The system architecture and functional modules are designed,and the system is divided into mechanical devices and background management software,and designs the use case diagram to describe the related functions in detail,which lays the foundation for the design and implementation of the system.(2)By analyzing the shortcomings of the device of taking out the gowns in a hospital,and takes gravity as the entry point to design the slope parallel track and matching gown hanging rod.Through the force analysis of the stop bar,the minimum driving force required for the stop bar to fall is obtained,and the motor scheme and electromagnet scheme are proposed to complete the design of the stop mechanism.Then,the mechanism of taking out the clothes is designed to ensure that the gown hanging rod is not taken out during the process of taking out the surgical gown,and the design of the whole device of taking out the gown is completed.Secondly,the appropriate detection sensor is selected and the recovery device with detection function is designed to solve the problem that the loss in the recovery process of the surgical suit cannot be traced back to the specific user.Finally,the related control module is designed to realize the mechanical part of the system.(3)The database of the system is designed,and the data storage and interaction of the system is realized by using ADO control.The ZKFinger fingerprint recognition algorithm was analyzed and fingerprint recognition and background fingerprint collection were realized.The serial communication(MSComm)control is used to realize the control of the electromagnet of the serial relay module and the detection of the photoelectric sensor detection signal.Finally,the functional interfaces of the touch screen and the background management software are designed to realize the software part of the system.The surgical gown self-service management system designed in this paper combines mechanical design with fingerprint recognition,serial relay control,on-beam photoelectric sensor and database technology,which changes the management mode of manual distribution and recycling,and realizes “self-distribution-use-detection and recycling” closed loop control.The prototype of the management system is stable and reliable during the trial process,and has a good reference for the management of traditional surgical gowns and self-service equipment for existing surgical gowns.
