Research On Acceptance Quality Control Of Telecom Cloud Data Center Infrastructure Project

This paper takes Telecom cloud data center as the object,studies the acceptance management of Telecom cloud infrastructure construction project,and analyzes the existing problems of the current acceptance management of Telecom cloud data center infrastructure.Based on PDCA quality control theory,an acceptance management scheme is designed,which can effectively solve the current telecom cloud infrastructure acceptance management problems and improve the operation stability and reliability of the telecom cloud infrastructure.The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the current situation of data center infrastructure construction and management at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the basic structure,current situation and existing problems of Telecom cloud data center,and puts forward the necessity of Telecom cloud infrastructure improvement.(2)This paper constructs the infrastructure acceptance management standard system of Telecom cloud data center,decomposes and analyzes the test standards and key work of supply and distribution electronic system,HVAC subsystem,automatic control subsystem,environment and dynamic environment system.The overall acceptance scheme,standards and key work of the system are studied,and the requirements analysis,standard architecture and key components of the whole acceptance management are designed.(3)The design of the infrastructure acceptance management scheme of Telecom cloud data center based on PDCA has completed the formulation of design principles and objectives.Then the quality management scheme of acceptance based on PDCA is designed.From four aspects:formulation of acceptance quality management plan,implementation of acceptance quality management plan,acceptance quality inspection,analysis and treatment of problems existing in acceptance quality?This paper analyzes in detail how to carry out the acceptance quality management on PDCA,optimizes the acceptance quality management process in combination with the characteristics of the acceptance project of the telecom cloud infrastru cture,adopts the multi-layer PDCA mechanism to carry out the acceptance quality control and improve the acceptance management quality.(4)On the basis of the PDCA based acceptance management scheme designed in this paper,with the case of a telecom cloud data center project of an operator,the acceptance organization structure and PDCA management execution process are formulated,and the subsystem and system overall acceptance scheme and test results are completed.Finally,the problems in the acceptance process are analyzed,and the follow-up processing and optimization directions are clarified to improve the quality of acceptance management and ensure the stability and reliability of the infrastructure of the telecom cloud data center.
