The development of wireless communication systems has greatly improved people's living standards.While people enjoy the convenience brought by the existing technology,a wider range of communication needs have begun to emerge.As the most widely used and most mature representative of wireless network,people are eager to solve more problems.However,due to the relevant provisions of the communication protocol standard,the maximum power that WIFI products can transmit during communication cannot exceed 100mW,which greatly limits its effective communication radius.If you want to switch to other products,you will abandon this more mature solution.In order to expand the communication distance of such products,the thesis develops a bidirectional frequency conversion amplifier applied in the WLAN frequency band.The main work of the thesis includes:(1)By using a directional coupler,a power detection circuit,a voltage comparison circuit,a voltage reversal circuit,and a group of single-pole double-throw RF switches,the basis of the circuit board time division duplex mode is realized.(2)The frequency conversion circuit,power amplifier circuit and low-noise amplifier circuit in the circuit are respectively drawn schematic diagrams and physical processing and testing of each sub-function module.(3)Carry out the integration and debugging of the bidirectional switching control circuit and the RF sub-function module,and finally verify the feasibility of the design.The thesis mainly uses HFSS to carry out the simulation design of the directional coupler,and Altium Designer to realize the schematic drawing of each sub-function module and the production of PCB engineering files.Finally,the design of the two-way converter amplifier is realized.The transmission branch gain of the bidirectional converter amplifier is 16dB and return loss is 13dB;Receiving branch gain is 12dB and return loss is 15dB.
