The strategy of "going out" in agriculture has strengthened the international cooperation in agriculture,promoted the rapid development of agricultural trade,but also led to more agricultural trade frictions.With the increasingly fierce game between superpowers,the trade friction of agricultural products is not only closely related to the micromanagement and decision-making of enterprises,but also has an increasingly important impact on the national economy and people's livelihood,such as national food security.It is more and more important to form high-quality decisions for macro and micro management on the basis of a comprehensive,complete,clear,insightful and relevant understanding of agricultural trade friction events.As a kind of prior experience,case plays an important role in decision-making process,and it is an important basis and effective tool for information decision-making.At present,the public information of agricultural trade friction events in China is relatively scattered,and no relevant case base has been found.At the same time,there are some problems in the existing case base,such as the lack of case structure and aggregation in technology,the lack of automation in case information collection and processing.This study uses web crawler and natural language processing technologies such as text similarity calculation to study the key technologies of text information collection and case base construction of agricultural trade friction events based on human-computer interaction,and proposes the technical framework of agricultural trade friction case base construction,which provides a feasible solution for the actual construction of case base.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Through literature research,case database research and expert interviews,the demand of agricultural trade friction case database is obtained,and the framework structure and function of case database are analyzed and designed.(2)The information source and collection strategy of agricultural trade friction are determined,and the case information collection based on the Scrapy framework is implemented.(3)In view of the shortcomings of traditional text representation methods,combined with word2 vec distributed representation and TF-IDF keyword extraction method,a keyword text representation matrix method KTRM is proposed,based on which text similarity calculation is carried out to achieve case information processing and aggregation.(4)Natural language processing technologies such as word segmentation,named entity recognition and keyword extraction are used in case text information extraction to realize semi-automatic case construction of human-computer interaction.Through the above research,this paper forms a solution of human-computer interactive agricultural product trade friction case base based on network information crawling and natural language processing technology,and basically completes the design of case base and the construction of prototype system.The technical scheme and key technologies proposed in this paper can effectively improve the efficiency of case information collection,information processing,case construction and retrieval,and lay a foundation for high-quality decision-making,subsequent research,application and analysis.
