In the 21st century, China's Internet industry has been an unprecedented development, the impact of the Internet on our lives everywhere, especially in the most significant e-commerce, China is a large agricultural country, the current agricultural trade is still dominated by the traditional way, this article discusses how e-commerce and China's agricultural trading conditions at this stage the combination of the Internet applied to agricultural products to the transaction, the development of agriculture to inject new vitality.This article first analyzes the development and current status of e-commerce, and then discusses the necessity of combining agricultural trade and feasibility. Then it comes up with own solutions-Web-Based Trading Platform for Agricultural and Sideline Products. Based on the popular J2EE Web Technologies, including Struts, Hibernate, Spring frameworks and other related technologies. Members of the system can open online shop, release supplying and demanding information. They can also make some deals with each other. If a buyer and a seller agree with a deal, the buyer can use the payment tools of the third party to pay for the products he wants. All of those functions can basically meet the requirements of members of the system. We have developed this system based on software development life cycle including requirements analysis phase, system design phase, system implementation phase, system testing phase and post-maintenance phase. We have used the black box and white box testing method to test the project through so that the system can run long-term, stable and safe.Based on all the work above we have done which includes professionally requirement analysis, system design, system development, reliable technical support and the easy to use interface, we have completed the basic function modules of the system. So this system has reached the target which is expected to offer an easy to use platform to trade their agricultural and other products.
