Research And Implementation Of One-stop Capital Management System In Group Enterprises

Nowadays,due to the lack of effective technical management tools in production and operation,most of the group companies face the problem of insufficient capital management skills in the development process.The group company's fund management must also face the problem of change and upgrade.With the development of information brought about by social progress,the management model with production management as the core has been transformed into a management model with fund management as the core.In order to improve the existing financial fund management capabilities,it is urgent to conduct comprehensive and comprehensive management of funds,including financial analysis,fund accounting and decision support of the group companies.Based on the needs of group management enterprise fund management,this paper explores the functions of dispatching management,settlement management,and credit management,and develops business processes and models according to the process of enterprise fund management to find out the functional requirements of the development process.The detailed analysis of the non-functional new requirements of fund management;based on the theoretical basis and design ideas of software engineering,the design plan of the centralized management system of the group company is proposed from the enterprise asset management business process,system architecture,database and functional modules.Through the program,the system application is perfected,and the core functions and systems are tested according to the content of the implementation.In the test,the system pressure and security access are also strictly checked to obtain the overall operation and results.The paper uses software information technology,based on the business needs of centralized management and control of grouped enterprises,proposes the design and development plan of the fund management system,and tests and verifies the operation status and effect of the system.Through systematic research and practical verification,the goal of integrated management of grouped enterprise funds proposed in this paper has been better realized,providing more theoretical and practical basis for the informationization construction of one-stop management of fund management in related enterprises and industries.
