The smart grid has reformed and developed the traditional grid system in a way internet.At the same time,renewable energy and large power dynamic load are also widely used in the smart grid.This phenomenon is conducive to sustainable development,but it also leads to new characteristics of the grid.The new characteristics of the power grid can cause serious errors in the detection process of the smart energy meter.The errors can cause economic losses and disputes in the power generation and power supply.Therefore,accurately measuring the dynamic error of the smart energy meter is a challenge which needs to be solved in the field of energy metering.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research and development of dynamic test signals,dynamic error detection methods,electrical energy measurement methods and Compressed Sensing theory.At the same time,the practical application of CS is studied.Therefore,the application of the reference energy detection method based on CS can be better studied.Secondly,CS is applied to the field of energy metering error detection.Based on the dynamic load characteristics,the general model of dynamic test signal is established.At the same time,the CS indirect measurement model of dynamic reference electrical energy of test signal is proposed.And a novel CS indirect measurement method and a dynamic error testing system are proposed.Thirdly,uncertainty evaluation of CS indirect measurement system.And compared with the proposed methods,it is more intuitive to verify that the method proposed in this paper effectively improves the measurement accuracy.Finally,A wavelet filter for detecting dynamic energy and its detection method are constructed based on the FIR wavelet filter.And the simulation experiments are carried out.This paper solves the problems of dynamic test signal modeling,accurate measurement of dynamic reference energy and detection of dynamic energy of test signal.
