Under the background of smart grid construction,the smart meters(electricity meters)are important terminals of the energy measurement and power consumption information acquisition in smart grid.Therefore,smart meters are required to have good measurement accuracy.However,with the advancement of industrial technology,the dynamic load users of the power grid continue to grow,and the dynamic load presents a characteristic of rapid and random fluctuations,which has brought challenges to measurement accurate of the smart meter under dynamic conditions.Therefore,it is of great significance to test the dynamic performance of smart meters.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status of the method and device for smart meter dynamic performance testing,as well as systematically analysis the existing dynamical test signal models,moreover,the research status of typical dynamic loads characteristics analysis is introduced.Then,the STFT method based on Blackman window is used to analyze the fundamental and harmonic characteristics of actual measured data from four electrified railways.According to the analysis result,the dynamic test signal model proposed for the dynamic performance test of the smart meter is given.Secondly,based on the characteristics of Hadamard matrix,combines dynamic test signal model suggestions,a Hadamard sequence dynamic test signal model is established.The validity of the test signal model is verified by constructing a dynamic performance test system for the smart meter.In the analysis of test results,the impact of run length of the test signal on the dynamic performance test of the smart meter was pointed out,and relevant recommendations were put forward.Thirdly,software for dynamic performance testing based on ARM platform is designed and developed.The software interface is designed from the perspective of easy operation.The data display module is designed from the perspective of obtaining test information.The interface of serial port and Ethernet parameters modification is also provided,moreover,the asynchronous dynamic performance testing and synchronous dynamic performance testing modes are proposed.Communication frame format Designed for test software and MCU.Finally,based on the SCPI protocol,the programmed command set of the dynamic performance testing device is designed,the command parsing module is developed,and the effectiveness of the command and the compatibility of the parsing module are experimentally verified.It lays the foundation for future networked dynamic performance test device.
