At present,the influence of information leakage on People's Daily life is increasingly serious,and the importance of information security is increasingly prominent.As one of the most widely used short-range wireless communication technologies,the data transmission security of Bluetooth technology has always been concerned.The EO stream encryption algorithm was used in the early classic Bluetooth for data encryption,which is not enough secure and steady.The AES encryption algorithm was used in the low-power Bluetooth to encrypt the Bluetooth data,which improves the security.However,it takes up much resource on the Bluetooth chip,and is not applicable for hardware implementation.Based on the shortcomings of Bluetooth security technology,the DES and RSA hybrid encryption algorithm were proposed in this paper to replace the data encryption method in the previous Bluetooth technology.The algorithm principles of EO stream encryption,AES algorithm,DES algorithm and RSA algorithm were studied in detail.The four kinds encryption algorithms were analyzed about advantages and disadvantages.the DES encryption algorithm that can ensure the high efficiency of Bluetooth data transmission was used to encrypt the data,and the RSA encryption algorithm that improved the security of the data was used to encrypt the key of DES encryption algorithm.The DES and RSA hybrid encryption methods was adapted.The Montgomery modular multiplication was used to replace the large modulus multiplication in the original RSA algorithm,and the efficiency of the algorithm was further improved.According to the principle of hybrid encryption algorithm,the Verilog HDL was used in this paper to respectively designed the hybrid encryption top layer,DES algorithm module and its sub-module key generation and Feistel iteration,RSA algorithm module and its sub-module Montgomery modular multiplication.The RTL design of the hybrid encryption algorithm was completed.Based on the TSMC90nm technology.The logic simulation of the RTL code was completed by the VCS.The logic synthesis of RTL after simulation was completed with the DC.The formal verification between the RTL and netlist of logic synthesis was completed by the Formality.The Primetime was used the to complete static timing analysis about netlist.The netlist of floorplan,placement,clock tree synthesis and routing after formal verification was completed through the ICC.Finally,the physical layout based on DES and RSA hybrid encryption algorithm was implemented,and the GDSII file was generated.The clock frequency is 100MHz.The area is 129538.132561?m2.The power consumption is 42.375 mW.
