Science and technology has highly developed in contemporary society, information security plays an increasingly important role in the production and life of human. The main content of this field is to make all kinds of information and data send to destination safety and effective. Cryptography is the foundation theory disciplines of information security, with the popularity of computer growing, cryptography applications from simple defense extends to all walks of life. It using in network security especially, it always impact on the economic and even personal safety of each of us.At March 21,2012, State Encryption Administration of China announced the six industry criteria of cryptography. In this paper, SM2 and SM4 algorithms in these six criteria were studied, also use the C++ language to implement its existing hybrid encryption algorithm. At present, research indicates that there are some risks in SM4 algorithm and make it deciphered quickly. Therefore, this paper in the original SM2 and SM4 hybrid encryption algorithm is proposed and implemented an improvement program, introducing pseudo-random binary sequence to processing procedure of plaintext, and then using SM2 algorithm to encryption the pseudo-random binary sequence and keys of SM4 algorithm to exchange between the communicating parties. This improvement program makes plaintext get more level of security, and make safety of original hybrid encryption algorithm improvement further. The paper using C# language and C/S structure to design and implement a set of Wi-Fi management system, and apply the improvement of hybrid encryption algorithm into this program, the system has changed the original core algorithm that MD5 of user authentication security fall issues, and improve the Wi-Fi security of creator and users in some extent.
