With the popularity of machine vision,it is an inevitable trend to visualize the surface quality of products.However,3D scanning measurement reconstruction technology makes the surface quality of products visible,which can achieve real-time monitoring of products in processing,so that enterprises can rest assured.It can also be used in the surface quality detection of products after processing,so that customers can rest assured.Its working principle is to obtain the three-dimensional coordinates and reconstruct the model by scanning and measuring the surface features of the object.At present,though the efficiency of manual detection is low,the cost of detection personnel is high?what is more,the detection standard is not uniform.Foreign equipment detection is expensive,and the core technology will be blocked.Therefore,it is necessary to design a machine vision detection system.In this paper,a high-precision 3D scanning and reconstruction system is studied:(1)Scanning reconfiguration system hardware platform.Uild the hardware platform of scanning reconstruction system.Complete the mechanical module design,complete the selection of mechanical and electronic equipment for motion control module,complete the physical production,complete the assembly of mechanical components and the overall circuit design.The whole platform construction process is: from design to production to debugging,if not suitable to return to design,such a cycle of trial and error process.(2)Software program design of scanning reconfiguration system.Using STEP 7-MicroWIN SMART software programming,through the hardware SMART PLC 200 controller to complete the motion control of mechanical hardware.Under the environment of Microsoft Visual Studio 2019,using C++ to write data acquisition program Within the hardware SMART PLC 200 collector,the data acquisition of three-dimensional coordinates would be complete.Using MATLAB software,to achieve the processing of threedimensional coordinate data and its fitting.(3)Research on 3D fitting reconstruction algorithm.The topological relationship of each element in the 3D reconstruction model is analyzed.As an example,the fitting functions of the objects whose outlines are rectangular and circular are found out,and they can be reconstructed by fitting the outlines.A global fitting reconstruction algorithm is designed to fit and reconstruct the global coordinates of the object surface.(4)Verification experiment.On the platform of scanning reconstruction system,the debugging of scanning reconstruction of machined product surface is completed,and the scanning reconstruction process is automatic.The results show that the horizontal accuracy of the scanning reconstruction system is 0.01 mm,and the vertical accuracy is in the micron level.
