2019 is the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China,the 60 th anniversary of the discovery of Daqing Oilfield and the 40 th anniversary of the founding of Daqing City.According to the requirements of "Regulations on the Safe Broadcasting Management of Radio and Television"(Decree 62)revised and promulgated by the State Administration of Press,Publication,Radio and Television to regulate the safe broadcasting of Radio and Television,the original platform system architecture is sorted out and compared in detail.It is found that the backup equipment of the system is insufficient and the equipment is continuous.Long running time and high incidence of hardware failures may lead to hidden dangers of secure broadcasting.On the premise of minimizing capital investment,this paper puts forward an optimization scheme for the integrated platform of the front-end of the center by searching relevant references at home and abroad and making full use of the existing platform equipment.Through the optimization of the system architecture,the rational allocation of platform equipment and the implementation of system configuration,our research has realized the transmission of core node systems such as source receiver nodes,data convergence distribution nodes,multiplex scramble nodes,IPQAM modulation nodes,and EPG systems,and multilevel backup mechanism for transmission link,device port and system configuration.Finally,through the analysis of the test results of each node system,this paper confirms that the platform optimization achieves the expected target requirements,ensures the automatic switching of the system in case of sudden failure and the local backup broadcasting in case of extreme failure.The program's normal broadcast and uninterrupted broadcast meet the broadcasting requirements of the CATV of the State Administration of Radio,Film and Television for the city-level cable TV front-end.
