In recent years,short-wave wireless communication has been applied in many fields due to its many advantages such as high portability,low price,and simple operation.In the past,short-wave communication equipment was mainly composed of analog communication stations.The internal analog circuit was complicated in design,poor in anti-interference ability and high in power consumption,which was not conducive to cross-platform use and portable requirements.Compared with analog systems,anti-jamming digital systems are energy-saving and portable.The aspect is favored by everyone.In this context,this thesis takes the SI4735 receiver developed by Silicon Labs as the object,ARM microcontroller as the control unit,NAND Flash as the storage module,combined with bad block management strategy,USB communication,FAT file management,through hardware and software details.The application combines to implement the system functions of the short-wave storage receiver.The main research contents of this thesis are:First,the working principle of this design is introduced.The SI4735 receiver provides 2-wire,SPI and 3-wire control modes.It supports both analog and digital outputs.The digital output interface modes include IIS,left-justified and DSP output.As an important part of this design,the receiver is described in detail.Control the instruction set and parse the control instructions through 2-wire control.In the storage communication part,the NAND Flash storage unit,array organization,main operation timing and bad block management technology are mainly studied.The basic principle of USB communication and related knowledge of FAT file system are studied,in order to realize USB communication,file operation and storage.The function lays the theoretical foundation.Secondly,the specific implementation and operation process of the design at hardware and software levels are described in detail.In the aspect of hardware,the structure of hardware,the main functions and performance analysis of each module are analyzed,and the circuit and PCB are completed.In the aspect of software,the software workflow of the receiver,the basic operation flow of Flash storage,the software implementation way of bad block management,the transplantation of USB driver and the implementation process of FAT file system are described in detail.Through the combination of hardware and software,the functions of storage receiver are realizedFinally,the hardware test of the system ensures the normal operation of the whole hardware system.The Keil software simulation is combined with the debug simulator to debug the software program,and the experimental test equipment is used to test the function.By analyzing and comparing the test results,the system can receive wireless short-wave signals in the frequency range of 2.3MHz to 26.1MHz,and simultaneously output high-quality digital signals and analog signals.The analog signals can be played online through the power amplifier module,and the digital signals can be The file format is stored in NAND Flash,and file transfer can be performed with the PC through the USB interface,and the design goal is finally completed.
