With the continuous improvement of network information,video surveillance in key areas such as natural gas facilities,ports and transportation places higher demands on resolution,range of action and all-weather color.However,most of the traditional monitoring systems use fixed and single-band monitoring technology,which cannot meet the above requirements.The zoom camera allows for wider monitoring and increased monitoring flexibility.In addition,the combination of visible light imaging and infrared imaging images can also obtain color-rich video images at night,which is convenient for human eyes to observe.According to the actual monitoring requirements,the fixed camera has limited monitoring range and poor imaging effect at night or in foggy conditions.This paper adopted LED infrared network camera with PTZ,which combined the characteristics of visible light imaging and infrared imaging,and designed a system that can zoom and still realize color video monitoring at night or in foggy days.In a sunny day,the LED infrared network camera is used to control the PTZ system,and visible light imaging is used to collect visible light video frames with different field of view angles,and the improved SIFT feature algorithm is used to stitch the visible light background panoramic image.When the monitoring environment is at night or in low-visibility days,the focal length and field of view angle are adjusted,infrared video is acquired through infrared imaging,and the visible light background panoramic image is registered with the infrared image by using the feature point,the same color image as the zoom field of view is extracted and used as the background image to construct the color video.Then,the infrared-monitored moving target after zooming is obtained by the method based on ViBE modeling and three-frame difference combination.Finally,the mask fusion algorithm is used to fuse the infrared moving target into the color background image at the same position as the infrared video to complete the real-time output of the zoom color video.This paper proves the feasibility of the system by testing under different weather conditions and places.The background color of video constructed in this paper is natural and real,and the difference between foreground target and background is obvious.By observing the output color video,the monitor can quickly get the position and feature information of the moving target.For the surveillance video with image resolution of 1280 pixel*720 pixel and frame rate of 25 frames per second,the real-time processing time per frame is 0.022 seconds,which can realize the real-time processing requirements of high-definition video surveillance.
