Time-Triggered Ethernet(TTE)integrates the time-triggered service into the traditional Ethernet protocol,providing a non-competitive transmission service for time-triggered message and ensuring time-critical traffic transmission by establishing microsecond-level even nanoseconds-level global time synchronization network.Due to its certainty and high real-time characteristics,TTE technology has received increasing attention and is now used in aerospace and automotive manufacturing.As one of the important components of the TTE network system,the end system provides a unified data interface about sending and receiving for each communication subsystem in the network,the adapter card of the end system completes the data link layer channel and the physical layer channel by connecting with the node driver and the TTE switch,thereby realizing the transmission of multiple types of services under different application requirements in the TTE network.Through the research of Time-Triggered Ethernet and combine the project undertaken by the laboratory,which is named "Time-triggered Ethernet End System Collaborative Development".This paper mainly analyzes the working mode of hardware boards in the TTE end system.At the same time,for the design requirements of the project,the transmitting unit and the hardware coprocessor function module in the TTE end system adapter card are designed and implemented in detail.This paper first introduces the research background of the subject and the development status at domestic and foreign about the Time-Triggered Ethernet.Secondly,it summarizes the time-triggered Ethernet,briefly analyzes the system composition and key technologies of the TTE network,and introduces the overall design scheme of the TTE end system adapter card.Thirdly,the focus is on the scheduling of hybrid services transmission in TTE network.TTE network supports multiple services,Including Time-Triggered services,Rate-constrained services in AFDX networks and best-effort services for traditional Ethernet transmissions,where Time-Triggered traffic is fully timedeterministic,three Business priorities are reduced in turn.This paper proposes a design implementation scheme for the transmitting unit based on three business characteristics.In addition,a hardware coprocessor is designed to implement the private configuration management protocol,which is under the UDP protocol.Using a pure hardware manner to cope with the demand of the "thin terminal" in network.Finally,based on the FPGA platform,the transmitting unit and the hardware coprocessor module are simulated and analyzed,and the related board level test is performed to verify the correctness of the design.
