With the rapid development of the Internet,the scale of users such as micro-blog has been increasing day by day.Many businesses rely on micro-blog platform for marketing,the traditional way is to actively promote products,often with high advertising costs.In this thesis,an auxiliary marketing system based on microblog keyword is proposed to mine potential customers and assist businesses in marketing through the content of microblog published by users.The system mainly includes user information management,microblog data acquisition,microblog data analysis,blogger information tracking and administrator module.User information management realizes the functions of user registration,information modification and permission application.The system prevents visitors from entering the system by verifying the validity of user accounts.Because of the large consumption of network resources and computing resources on the server side in the process of microblog data acquisition,the amount of data that users with different privileges can obtain is limited to a certain extent.Users can obtain more data by applying for higher privilege.Microblog data acquisition is based on the keyword,time period,location and other information provided by users,through the web crawler to get the corresponding blog data and blogger data,such as blog content,release time,blogger link and so on.The analysis of microblog data aims at the analysis of the blogger data and the blog content.According to the difference of basic information,micro-blog content and social relations between real users and false users,a multi-dimensional feature detection method is used to identify false users and filter them.The accuracy rate of the method is 83%.The blog content analysis includes emotional analysis and value assessment of blog content.Emotional analysis bases on the method of emotional dictionary and decides whether the emotional inclination is positive,neutral or negative.The value of blog content is calculated according to the frequency of keyword and the popularity of the blog.Finally,the system will firstly show the blog content with positive emotion and higher value.In the part of blogger information tracking,according to the displayed blog information,some users can pay attention to valuable bloggers and view the details of them.User can get the latest developments of bloggers by calling the microblog data acquisition module,and call the microblog data analysis module to return the keywords and emotional tendencies of the blogger's recent microblog content.The administrator module is mainly responsible for microblog account management and user account management.Microblog accounts are mainly used to simulate login.Because of the data access restrictions of microblog platform,more blog data can be obtained only after successful login in the data acquisition module.The auxiliary marketing system based on microblog keyword can extract relatively valuable blog information from massive micro-blog data,and track the latest information of bloggers.It's useful for user to complete auxiliary marketing.
