With the development of science and technology,there is an increasing demand for earth orbiting satellites.How to ensure the life of Earth orbiting satellites is a major challenge for space technicians in various countries.In particular,the development of aviation technology has not yet reached the point where it is safe to send astronauts into space at any time.The use of space robot systems for satellite maintenance has become a hot research topic.However,due to the huge distance difference between space and ground,ground personnel cannot directly observe the environment in space,so the operation safety cannot be guaranteed.Augmented reality systems have proven in the aerospace field to provide operators with an effective display of space scenes,thus effectively "penetrating" the distance between the heavens and the earth and directly showing the space environment in front of them.In order to improve the safe operation and mission efficiency of the space robot system in the long-distance complex environment of space,to solve the influence of the space delay problem on the manipulation of the space robot system and enhance the situational awareness of the control personnel,this paper proposes a space robot augmented reality human-computer interaction system,and introduced it according to the research process:First of all,this paper analyzes the research status and research significance of this technology at home and abroad,and discusses the concept,requirements,functions and technical software of human-computer interaction system and augmented reality system.Secondly,it introduces the composition of human-computer interaction augmented reality system,expounds the overall operation mode of the system and the system components,and defines four core components: space scene imaging,instrument symbol generation,augmented reality processing,human-computer interaction visualization module.Next,the paper begins to design the space scene model,including: service satellites,customer satellites,robotic arms,actuators,replaceable batteries,and so on.At the same time,a bezier algorithm for path planning is introduced.Then,virtual augmented reality work elements for operation,including virtual reticle alignment boxes,threat alarms,buttons and virtual instruments,job progress indications,three-dimensional space coordinate display,high-speed flight channels,etc.,are designed.After that,the focus is on human-computer interaction control and display processing.Gradually introduced the elements including space robotic kinematics,human-computer interaction image processing,etc.,and discussed in detail their principles and implementation methods,as well as humancomputer interaction display design.Finally,it introduces the most important components in the human-computer interaction between heaven and earth: teleoperation Pre-display processing.and analyzed its important role in enhancing the operational safety of system operators.Based on the above research,this paper uses the computer simulation method,combined with the space replacement battery task,to realize the space robot augmented reality human-computer interaction system software,with visual environment simulation and sensor imaging as a space scene,virtual instrumentation and three-dimensional space symbol show the flight state information and the pose information of each part in the operation process of the service satellite to perform the battery replacement task,augmented reality technology to assist and enhance the awareness of system operators in the space environment.The results show that the space robot augmented reality humancomputer interaction system can strongly support the space robot system task,which can reduce the difficulty of understanding the scene information,reduce the workload of system operators,and effectively improve the accuracy and security of operational tasks.
