Firstly clarify the meaning and value of radiometric calibration, and list some of domestic and abroad research work situation, simply describing the development process and function of the infrared detector, followed by illustration of the structure of this dissertation.. Secondly, give a thorough explanation of principles, classifications, advantages and disadvantages. Thirdly, describe the meaning and classification of the calibration, propose several conventional plans with interpretation and analysis based on large-aperture infrared detectors experimental spectral calibration method, then summarize the characteristics of these plans. Finally, design an experimental instrument of large aperture infrared detector spectral calibration based on the principles and methods of spectral calibration, including a series of preparation of the monochromatic calibration and two detector linearity test. Then beginn spectral calibration of large aperture infrared detector, finalize the experimental data, analyze data with new theories and methods, and compared with previous experiments, then conclude. The analysis results show that the uncertainty of the measurement system is better than3.4%.
