| Nowadays,the intelligent management level of enterprise equipment is getting higher and higher,and the fault diagnosis technology plays an important role in the stable operation of equipment and safety production of enterprise.Among them,the information and workload of the fault diagnosis industry are getting larger and larger,and the traditional fault diagnosis methods have many defects,such as low data storage efficiency,data sharing is unconvenient,further more,high diagnostic process cost,the equipment'fault can not timely be found,so the traditional fault diagnosis method can not meet the modern fault diagnosis requirements.With the continuous development of fault diagnosis technology and Internet technology,the combination of fault diagnosis and cloud computing must be the general trend.Therefore,developing a Java Web-based fault diagnosis cloud service system has far-reaching significance.This paper designs a cloud service-based intelligent device fault diagnosis system,based on Alibaba Cloud server,the cloud database and human-computer interaction system are designed,using a MySQL database.The human-computer interaction system is designed with SSH framework.The content of the machine interaction system mainly includes the display of the three-level tree navigation menu and the overall collection information.The interaction with the cloud database provides the function of viewing the envelope time domain waveform,the envelope frequency domain waveform and the trend analysis diagram of the monitoring point vibration signal.The login of the system is divided into common user and administrator user login.The administrator user has the authority to add,delete,and modify important information such as system factory,workshop,and equipment,and upload and download diagnostic reports.The system also provides historical alarm data query and background system management functions.Users can set query conditions for historical alarm record query,and administrator users can log in to the background management system for system operation.The system has the characteristics of high flexibility,low cost and high practicality.The system and the test bench have been jointly debugged.After testing,the system interface is simple and practical,the data transmission is efficient,and the data analysis is reasonable and correct.This proves that the fault diagnosis cloud service system can ef fectively solve the problems of long fault diagnosis period,high cost and low efficiency,and can provide some reference for the development of cloud services in the field of fault diagnosis. |
