Credit card collection system collecting electronic evidence is used for credit card bad debt collection in the financial system. The main objective of system design is to offer security for collecting non-repudiation electronic collection evidence for more than two times. According to the new law, the banks could report to the public with two times of collection evidence, and indict the cardholder so as to realize the collection aim to reduce non-performing loans.This paper made requirement analysis and system design to the credit card collection system using Rational Unified Process (RUP) as software development methods and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as description language,analyzed and designed function modules including specific collection personnel management, collection process management, collection module management, SMS collection module, telephone collection module, bulletin collection module, door module collection, letter collections module etc.This paper analyzed the context of the system development, development status and the future of domestic and international credit card collection system, briefly described the main problems to be solved and the overall situation of the system, the detailed design and implementation for some representative examples were described also. Analysis of problems and solutions for the key system architecture design were given.The key issues illustrated in this article are the following:1. To analyze and demonstrate the legal environment of the system.2. To set up ripe credit card collection system process, in which the collected accounts are classified according to loan and account style ect and accounts in arrears are classified according to the different status of arrears(exceeded time, amount etc.) and payment(whether pay off in the first time etc.), distributed to different system operators and then different collection method will be adopted accordingly. 3. To make system architecture design. EJB plus Struts method is used to carry out development, SQL Select and source code are separated to deal with massive datas and solve the problems of slow database access. Value Object object, Session Facade pattern, EJBHome factory pattern, Adapter and Bridge mode are used to reduce the complexity of the code and the logic layers.4. To achieve the links between the system database and the communications carriers.5. To achieve collection and storage of voiceprint features.6. To achieve collection and storage of image characteristics.7. To achieve the collection and storage of digital certificates.
