With the rapid development of network information technology,network information resources are growing geometrically.In the face of complicated information resources,attracting users to participate in information organization can make information resources more orderly and precise.Therefore,users' participation in information organization is a way to optimize information organization that can be actively explored.However,at the same time,the emergence of endless privacy and security issues make users have doubts when participating in information organizations.Understanding the impact of privacy and security on users' participation in network information organizations,and through certain measures to increase the enthusiasm of users,can further promote the development of network information organization.This paper uses a questionnaire approach to study the impact of privacy security on users' participation in different types of behaviors in network information organization.It is based on privacy calculus theory,theory of planned behavior and perceived fairness,also refers to relevant literature and domestic and foreign maturity scales.What's more,this paper analyzes the influence of different factors on user participation in network information organization,common factors and key factors from the perspective of privacy and security,and then puts forward relevant suggestions to promote user participation in network information organization.Through empirical analysis,this paper found that: perceived benefit,behavior attitude,perceived distributive justice,and perceived procedural justice significantly positively affect user tagging behavior.Perceived risk,perceived benefit,behavior attitude,perceived behavior control,and perceived procedural justice all affect user feedback behavior.Among them,perceived risk negatively affects user feedback behavior,and other factors positively affect user feedback behavior.In addition,this study also found that perceived benefit,behavior attitude and perceived procedural justice are common factors and key factors that affect users' participation in network information organization.Based on the research findings,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions,including setting reasonable types and methods of information collection,reducing user's risk perception,establishing user's cognitive trust,improving user's program fair perception,and setting up incentive measures in line with user preferences.
