This paper refers to the characteristics of industrial automation production,according to the specific situation and development needs of mobile phone waterproof detection,based on detailed investigation and analysis of air tightness detection technology and methods,puts forward the technical route of design and development of mobile phone waterproof detection system based on the principle of direct pressure leakage detection.According to the system function,the overall structure is divided into five modules: database server,software client,PLC unit,plugging and clamping unit and exhaust pressure measurement unit.The control flow and data flow between each module are defined.The flow chart of the detection system is drawn.Hardware design is the key link to make the waterproof detection system achieve detection accuracy,achieve stable,safe and reliable operation,improve detection efficiency and control cost.The system fault-tolerant principle is followed in the structure and gas path design of plugging and clamping unit,exhaust pressure measuring unit and PLC unit.The action sequence of solenoid valve and sensor is reasonably set.The gas path,circuit structure,piping and wiring mode are optimized to meet the requirement of space volume of mobile waterproof detection system.The leakage detection accuracy of direct pressure method mainly depends on the detection performance of pressure sensor.According to the system requirements,a high-precision digital pressure sensor with the highest detection accuracy of 0.2% F.S.is selected.The software system includes two parts: PLC control software and client software.On the basis of analyzing the control logic of PLC unit to hardware system,the flow chart of PLC program and the ladder diagram program of PLC are compiled.In the part of client software design,the client software is divided into ten modules according to the principle of low coupling and high cohesion.Then,in order to reduce data redundancy and improve retrieval efficiency,the database form structure,field attributes and constraints are designed and the database diagram is drawn.Designing a simple,clear and easy-tooperate client software interface plays an important role in reducing operational errors,reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency.This paper designs login interface,detection interface,pressure curve interface and configuration interface based on the functional module division of client software,and draws login module and flow chart of airtightness detection program.The design experiment evaluates the testing performance of the designed mobile phone waterproof detection system,and compares the testing results with the immersion test results.The experimental validation and production application results show that the system is simple to operate,stable to operate,low failure rate,small volume,good repeatability of testing data and measurement.It has a wide range,the accuracy of measurement achieves expectations,the test results are accurate and reliable,and the setting of judgment criteria is in line with the actual situation,which can meet the needs of an enterprise for mobile Waterproof Automatic detection.Finally,this paper summarizes and analyses the characteristics and shortcomings of the system,and points out the direction for further improvement and upgrading.
