Electronic manufacturing line is an important part of electronic information industry,which operation mode and degree of automation determine the development direction of electronic industry.With the development of intelligent production,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of product production,automatic robot vision detection system will gradually replace the traditional manual detection.The development of its theory and technology is of great significance for promoting the development of electronic manufacturing industry.In this paper,the surface defect detection of the metal mobile phone shell in the electronic manufacturing line is taken as the research task,according to the analyzed defect detection requirements,a high-precision 2D visual detection system is designed to realize the automatic defect detection function of the metal mobile phone shell in the electronic manufacturing line.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper introduces the research background and significance of this topic,and explains the importance and development prospect of electronic manufacturing production line.This paper introduces the machine vision technology theory and its application status,including the machine vision system composition,design method and application of various industries,and analyzes the current development status of machine vision detection technology in the electronic manufacturing industry at home and abroad.2.This paper introduces the research platform of the electronic manufacturing production line studied in this paper,and analyzes the operation tasks and robot functions of each link.For the specific research object in this paper,the metal phone shell surface defect detection,according to its defect detection needs,analyses respectively from the mechanical structure,imaging scheme and electrical control,this paper expounds the transfer,imaging and sorting principle of a mobile phone shell in the visual inspection,and designed a visual imaging scheme according to the characteristics of the surface defect,including camera selection,light source selection and the way of lighting.3.The surface defect detection method of metal mobile phone shell was studied and realized.Firstly,the typical defect types and classification standards are introduced,the detection method flow is designed,the Logo area and non-logo area are divided into two different detection areas,and different image preprocessing methods are studied,including background separation and region segmentation.For Logo area,according to its shape,location and size,a defect detection method based on template matching is proposed.For the non-logo area,the defect detection method based on the edge detection was adopted.Canny operator was used to extract the suspected defects,and then the connected domain analysis method was used to confirm the defects.Finally,SVM classifier was used to identify and classify the defects.4.A high-precision 2D visual inspection software system for electronic manufacturing production line is designed and developed.The software design method and implementation process are introduced in detail from three parts of software system arrangement structure,function module and software interface.
