Design And Implementation Of Spare Parts Warehouse Management System On RFID Technology

Under the era of "Internet+",which is a strategic development of the country,"Internet+"is the further practice of traditional industries and products of the new era,promoting the continuous evolution of economic forms,thereby driving the vitality of social and economic entities.With the rapid development of the current Internet technology and RFID technology,the management of warehousing has gradually changed from the original artificial direction to the development of information.While providing convenience to people,it presents a variety of challenges to the logistics process.Through the use of RFID technology,the information of spare parts can be continuously identified and processed in a timely manner,and the specific connection between the goods and the Internet can be established in time,so that the administrator of the warehouse can view and process the information in time.As a traditional logistics industry in the information age,get rid of labor-based,the era of data supplementation,solving the lag in the operation of logistics and storage links,meet the business needs of all aspects of Ware housing,to improve the efficiency of warehousing operations,etc.Design spare parts warehouse management system,transform the enterprise into an enterprise with information warehouse and artificial storage as the supplement.This system is designed in B/S mode,using JAVA development language,Oracle database as the background storage platform,According to the characteristics of spare parts storage of the enterprise,the system realizes functions such as system management,trade management,warehouse management,transportation management,handheld(RFID)management,and report query.After data support and actual use,the system can meet the requirements of enterprise spare parts storage function,solve the problem of the efficiency of traditional warehouse management mode and realize the information storage management system.The design idea proposed in this paper is close to the status quo of spare parts logistics and warehousing management.It has operability and extensibility,and provides a reference design for the same type of spare parts storage enterprises.
