Traditional user research methods,such as questionnaires,interview experiments,and user observations,have a small number of sample studies,population coverage and typicality cannot be guaranteed,and user research conclusions are inferior in usability,which cannot provide sufficient effective support for product design.User research as a first step in the life cycle of product development has extremely important strategic implications.Based on the theory and technology of text mining,this topic selects the desk lamp as the research carrier,relies on the 1.4 million consumer shopping data and evaluation texts of the e-commerce platform,and quantitatively studies from the digital perspective to construct accurate user portraits to solve the drawbacks of traditional user research.The innovation of the research lies in integrating the ideas of big data and text mining with traditional user research and targeting target users.From the two major product indicators of price and sales and the product appearance,user population,use space,purpose of use,product focus,and product focus involved in the user research process,cross-analysis of six dimensions leads to more instructive conclusions.This project relies on the Python web crawler to obtain structured target text from the Tmall platform and complete data preprocessing for text denoising.At the same time,the industry custom text was introduced to reduce the data error.After consulting the literature,the Decision-Tree data model was selected to construct the overall analysis framework of the subject.Finally,the feasibility of the new method was verified by regression analysis.The experimental results of the control group showed that text mining conducted user research,and the method was effective and the research was more comprehensive.Under this method,the subject can obtain more detailed conclusions.For example,in the process of producing table lamps,the production ratio of white,black and corporate colors should be close to 5:1:1,and the resource allocation under the corresponding conditions is the most reasonable;the low-end products can be based on the student group.Product development,high-end products should be based on children,the maternal and child user groups have not received enough attention from the enterprise,should be the focus of potential research and development;based on the comprehensive consideration of the user population,the product development process should focus on eye protection and introduce fun Design,in order to meet the user's physiological needs while meeting the psychological needs of users;corporate brand building can seek breakthroughs from technical patents and national international certification.
