Design And Implementation Of Information And Communication Engineering Budget System Based On VBA

The budget for information and communication construction projects is an important component of design documents.It plays an important role in project management and cost control.It is characterized by many quota items and complicated data analysis and processing.The commercial communication budget software is fully functional and can be used to compile budgets for various communication projects.However,when preparing mobile communication equipment installation projects,the construction and installation engineering data needs to be calculated by other means,and the calculation of engineering quantity data is budgeting.Key and difficult points;in addition,because it does not have the bulk output budget function by base station,it cannot provide data analysis basis for base station engineering investment and cost management.Based on Excel VBA technology,this paper designs and implements the budgeting system for the installation of mobile communication equipment.It not only realizes the preparation of the budget for the installation of mobile communication equipment and outputs it according to the standard format,but also realizes the budget preparation of the project by base station.The function has the function of automatically calculating the amount of installation engineering construction installation of the mobile communication device by means of code according to the user input data.The research and development work completed in this paper is as follows:(1)Research and analysis of the budget preparation procedures,cost quotas and budget quotas for the information and communication construction project promulgated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2016] No.451,and coming out the calculation rules of the logical relationship and related expenses between the tables of the mobile communication equipment installation project budget;(2)Completed the demand analysis of the budget system,designed the overall framework of the budget system,and detailedly designed and implemented a total of 22 input,output and auxiliary forms for the budget system;(3)Through the Excel VBA development tool,the development of three functional modules of the budget system was designed,which realized the functions of single project,unit project budget preparation and building installation engineering quantity calculation,and finally realized the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2016] No.451 The mobile communication equipment installation engineering budgeting system was tested and tested.The research results of this project have been applied in the budget preparation work of the design unit of Guangxi Mobile 4G Phase IV Base Station Main Equipment Project,and achieved good results.
